“I spent a long time building a life that looked successful from the outside. Then I realised I wasn't sure it still felt like mine.”
SOMETIMES, THE LIFE YOU’VE BUILT STOPS FITTING THE WOMAN YOU’VE BECOME.
For 15 years, I worked in marketing and creative leadership, building teams, leading campaigns and helping ambitious brands grow. I loved the creativity, the people and the pace. Then I became a mum and, like so many women, I found that motherhood changed more than my daily routine. It changed my priorities, my values and the way I wanted to spend my time. The version of me who had once happily climbed the career ladder didn't disappear, but she wasn't the whole story anymore. I found myself asking, is this it?
I tried to make everything work. Career. Motherhood. Family. Carrying the mental load. Being a good wife, mother, daughter, friend and colleague. Somewhere along the way, I became very good at putting myself at the bottom of the list, and, eventually, I burned out. It was coaching that created space to stop, listen to myself and answer some big questions:
Who am I now? What do I actually want? And what would a life that feels good to me look like?
The answer isn't to try harder. Sometimes, you need to stop and work out what matters to you now. That's the work I love doing in the coaching room.
So, what actually is coaching?
Coaching is where you come to stop running on autopilot and start hearing yourself think. It's not someone telling you what to do or handing you a five-step plan for your life. It's a structured, supportive space to uncover what's going on through questions, observations and exploration.
I trained as a Coach Practitioner because I experienced first-hand how powerful it can be to have dedicated space to make sense of who you are now and what comes next.
I work with women who are seeking alignment and fulfilment but unsure where to start and how to make change happen. Sometimes, you just need the time to work out what your next chapter looks like.
If you are feeling like you don’t know what you want anymore or you’ve lost yourself since motherhood, coaching is an action-orientated creative partnership to help get you moving in a direction that’s aligned with your values, your strengths and purpose.
Motherhood can fundamentally change who a woman is, what she values and what she wants. She doesn’t have to force herself back to life she had before.

MY COACHING VALUES
-
Creativity
Coaching is, by nature, a creative partnership. I bring creativity and curiosity into our work together, helping you look at your situation from different angles and imagine possibilities beyond the obvious.
-
Support & empathy
You don't need another person telling you what you should be doing. You need somewhere you can be completely honest, without judgement. I create a calm, supportive space where you can explore what's really going on.
-
Empowerment
You are the expert in your own life. My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you understand yourself, challenge the stories that might be keeping you stuck and feel more confident making decisions that are right for you.
